Virtual O in Baker/Bowness parks. MapRun6 was being a bit temperamental with me. Some beeps very early, others very late or not at all. Maybe it's the GPS on my phone? Much more challenging as Teresa had whited out parts of the map - so good to feel like I was actually orienteering!

Thought I would try and do yesterday's run correctly... Warm-up walk/jog around the top part to make sure I knew how to get to the main path. All well, but at about 1.6k into the run I started to get sharp pains in my left ankle. Slowed down, then walked. It wasn't going away so turned. After another couple of hundred m, it seemed ok, so I tried jogging - ok so upped the speed. Was ok for the rest of the run. And have been ok for the rest of the day. Which is good news but I don't know what it was! I walked for ~3minutes and 300m. Finished by going further down the Nose Creek Pathway.

Sunday 5k run. I had suggested the route...but hadn't checked it, so we didn't turn and ended up going along the fence - almost slipping down a steep slope at one point. Then on the road to cross the creek. Thankfully the heavy rain and snow from earlier had let up. Met Dougal and Hilary, so turned with them. Then a turn at the end to get to5k before going up the hill! WIth Teresa, Jonathan, Christin and Marsha.
