UBOC run, Leigh Woods
Loved this! I haven't been to Leigh Woods in ages and was fab be able to go when it was sunny :) we did some Fartlek stuff (tried to do 10x2mins but had some occasional regrouping and which-way-shall-we-go problems), v fun leaping over puddles and doing some off path running in the woods. Finished with an effort up nightingale valley and then walked to spoons for brunch

Actually v tired today and so walked home after just doing the easier stuff. Was going to stay in and do some work(grim) but had a nap and lots of good food. Think I may have actually been picking up an illness which is not surprising given everyone in uni has been ill recently

Started standard blaise loop with ben then, at the bottom of hollybush lane, had that same dizzy feeling I had last friday and had to stop and walk back, dizziness gradually improving. Still not sure what caused this but just to make notes for myself: I had a long day at uni again finishing at 6pm, I think I ate and drank plenty (had an apple, some leftover lentil dinner and banana milk all between 6-6:30, pretty normal for me, and started running at 7pm) and feel like I’ve been sleeping fine recently. Will ask Henry (physio) tomorrow.
