The other day a guy was on the Expresso next to me and did this course in 4:40, then showed his Personal Trainer that he was atop the leader board, so I had to knock him down today.
P=218, C=76
This was the "Ride of the Week" and I was finally feeling healthy enough to go after it, and was able to get by the 4:26, 4:29 and 4:32 on the local leaderboard. Only 4 seconds off my all-time best.
P=198, C=73
Started to get some confidence in my hip holding up. Also, the left pedal strap being broken seemed to have no real impact since I can't really pull up much on that side anyway.
P=249, C=76
Stepped up to the next shortest distance for a time trial. Goal was sub-4:30 and I was able to beat that handily. 2nd of 43 all-time at the Y (4:13 is top).
P=169, C=74. Edged out the 170 pacer (the pacers at the Y do seem to be calibrated properly).
59 Calories - I will try to get the 5000 calories per the January challenge. It will be easy if I can encourage them to get the Bills bikes online - there is just a network protocol issue of some sort.
