P=161, C=80 Since Christine was still running when I finished lifting, I jumped on the bike. For this course, I kept the gear low enough that I could maintain 80 rpm (for example 12-13th gear for flat road, instead of 16th). It's not the way to get the fastest time, but I figure I need my legs spinning at a running rate sometimes.

Goal was 7:30, but I got over a minute into the course and saw that fouser had posted a 7:13, so I had to beat that, and did, by 15 seconds. This one took a lot out of me at the end of 6 short courses.

Time Trial on Rabbit Run. Figured I had a chance to break 7 minutes, and after I got started I saw that r. fouser was on the board with 7:10, providing some extra incentive. What I didn't know was the all-time facility best was 6:50, so I even topped that by a second.
Bills bikes are temporarily offline, apparently due to the weight room construction. I'll have to check with Dan before the February Expresso Olympic (they can't call it that, but that's the timing) challenge events start up.
At least I already had my 5000 Calories completed for the January challenge.
