Early on it was a hard w/up, then I realized I had to beat fouser, then I realized I could beat Adler, so I cranked the last half pretty hard. Got the season leader by 5 seconds, but only 3rd overall (top is 9:49).

Surprised the weight came in so low this AM after the reunion weekend with all of the associated (over-)eating events.

Stepped up to 3.37mi. for the time trial and still managed over 20mph, and even achieved the stretch goal of breaking 10 minutes. Breathing hard from fairly early on.
