Soreness in lower right leg. Appears to be in or near bone. Cause unclear.
Appears to have been caused by stumble on step, possibly a deep muscle strain or bruise causing swelling in awkward spot. Peaked about 48 hours after incident. Resolved of own accord with no issues beyond about 4 days.
