I woke up on Tuesday with a major back spasm -- my first ever -- and took Wednesday completely off from anything physical to give the muscle a chance to unlock. It's hard to explain how debilitating this was -- everything I did was painful.
After these conditions are gone and after I do my next race, I am going to start training my lower back with more frequency to prevent this from happening again -- obviously I overdid it but it's also obvious now I have a major weakness that needs attention. Just sucks I had to find out this way.
