The pain is in my hip/abdominal area. Just enough to be annoying. It's unclear exactly what may have caused this, as I feel that I noticed it laying down in bed before I noticed it during a workout. 5 miler on Thursday felt great, and then when I tried to do situps I really noticed it. The morning of the 28th I went to go for a light run and felt it as I moved. I decided then to take a couple of days off and reassess.
