A lower calf / Achilies tear I think, will need some cross frictions (ha ha - not) but lots of care and attention. A weeks rest should do it, provided I start slowly again.

So Sunday 10th and calf still not 100 %, but I can walk more or less ok. Tomorrow I'll try a little run to see how it goes.....

Can't feel pain any more, so next week I'll start running again!
No wisdom here, lots of rest and loads of Reparil Gel!
I hope it holds for a while........
