L Lower Leg, Calf Strain

Felt slight pull at first, but was able to continue running with minimal discomfort. No pain afterwards. Had 1 day off and when I ran the next day it gradually got more painful from 5 mins in. Ran for 15 mins in total and it was too sore to run by the end. Sore afterwards too.

Usual rehabilitation. Must try getting more regular calf massages.
