On Thursday July 21 I decided to go for a run after not having done anything for a week. Stupidly I did that run a bit too fast for after having a break. The result was a sore achilles. The problem persists... not good! I think it should disappear when I take my autumn season-break and ensure that I start again gently.
Thinik I've managed to get rid of it by resting a week. I hope it doesn't return... The cold a couple of weeks ago and forced rest then helped too.
