L Shoulder, Rotator Cuff injury

Tore a few ligaments in a MTB crash at the Uge Sprint Adventure Race. Could only see physio about 5 days after injury.

Stength and flexibility in the joint returned very slowly. Was very careful not to re-injure it again during this time. Gym work and lots of stretching should help it recover quicker.
