R Lower Leg, Shin Splints

achy right shin. Since visible large bruise after QBday events S Auckland but did not remember a specific time of injury during the events. Bruise went away but still sore point 8cm below knee and lower. Need more calf stretches!! was worried but kept going running and now it is pretty bad rrr sucks bruise is actually on left leg still ther 8 Jan 2012 but no pain when running here.

right shin ache when running or jumping on. comes from attatchment of muscle that runs up shin from achilles, need to do heal raisers more I think.

strenghten shin muscles with band around toe and chair then flex and straighten toes at diff angles
