R Upper Leg, Other

2012-05-20 – 2012-05-28

Grade: 2

I seemed to have pulled a muscle on the inside of my right leg. It starts near but not at the groin and goes down toward the top of the knee, but not all the way down. I feel pain when driving the leg and knee forward. I can't use a full stride and need to rely on my other leg.

Rest helped the recovery. It may have been caused by the strain of more activity and the rising heat in the week preceding gettting hurt.
