L Hip/Pelvis, Hip Pain

Hip started hurting at mile 7 or so. Felt bruised. Very sore the rest of day, could hardly walk.

I hadnt run in 10 days than did 12mi so it was too much too soon I believe.
Staying away from heavy running has helped out a lot as well as stretching.
