Hurt at the end of the 105km like the dickens!!!
Was good 3 days later.
But since my first run, 2 weeks later, a slow 1hr 10k.
Haven't run since.
Did spin & gravity. Was okay.
But achy since & while sitting.
Need to go in this week for an assessment.
Assesment = bursitis
Lots of bore work & no long runs
lots of physio & some osteo
