L Foot, Plantar Fasciitis

Not exactly PF but similar. Tightness in my left leg, specifically calf, has finally caused some pain in my foot (Note: tightness in my calf is likely due to misaligned hips from walking around in a boot when I broke my toe in December). Went to the Dr. back in January to try and catch this before it started. He thought I looked good but apparently I wasn't.
Started treatment by stretching and rolling (a little more than I have been). Hopefully Dr B will help get rid of this fast.
