Torso, Lower Back Pain

10.6 - pain and stiffness started during the Stumble; allowing walking but no running.
10.8 - celebrex for 2 days; regular stretching routine; heating pad
10.9 - still no running; my back is stiff but not very painful; i can do my regular stretching routine
10.10 - still stiff; ran 3 miles at 830, felt ok; usual stretching routine
10.11 - woke up last night w/ a sore back, but 2 advil took care of it; ran 8 today; slo but no problems
10.13 - ran 13 today. felt better afterwards but a very disappointing week
10.14 - morning stiffness but otherwise ok; ran in the morning and felt suggish; also drop foot on left side

running hills while tired, using the Inov8 shoes w/out orthotics seemed to cause it; fortunately this seemed to be just a lower back strain; took celebrex for 3 days and advil the rest. took 4 days off
11.2 - post MCM had some hard soreness in my right thigh and continued soreness in my back, which i attribute to the usual sciatic pain.
