L Head/Neck, Neck Pain

2014-01-01 – 2014-04-27

Grade: 2

Apparently caused by minor disk degeneration and poor posture. Pain radiates to shoulder blade, bicep, forearm intermittently. Had one of those at a time for last few years, but this new episode is all at once. Hurts most when laying down. Doesn't really prevent exercise, and most goes away when moving, but until diagnosed has discouraged me from getting out for fear of hurting something more. It does prevent hard effort

Religious use of neck traction for two months or so, and stopped biking (which seemed to aggravate it). Not certain it is fixed, but after 4 months it does seem to finally be better, even though at about 3months I was so pessimistic I thought it would never improve. Fingers crossed
