Same ankle as about 18 months ago... Related to being tired and stressed, should be more careful in future and try to avoid pushing my body when it clearly doesn't want to be pushed :(

I definitely think this was the result of being stressed and tired, and trying to push through it. Sometimes need to slow down and listen to my body.
