Diganosis - extremely tight hamstrings. There was ALOT of pain when I do a hamstring curl. (like the C drill) It does not hurt while taking a stride and extending the knee, but it hurts when the heel comes back up to the glutes...

Pain seems to be localized to the inner side and almost wrapping around the back.

Physio, mobilization of tight hamstring muslces, and much more stretching and icing. Hoping it doesnt come back... getting up the prehab!
