L proximolateral calf pain, feels like a strain, after several hard running sessions (including 7 mile tempo & 10k road race). Conservative management. Frozen peas, rest, ibuprofen. Escalating to voltarol rub & tubigrip

Early physio and rest and ice. Don't run on tight / painful calf muscles!
