L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Twisted the ankle on the way to the finish during the score-o at Huntington State Park. Iced it when I got back home: 10, 10 and 15 minute sessions.

Greg Balter was very nice to help me with taping my ankles before the race on the day after I sprained the left one. This prevented me from re-injuring the ankle in its weakened state, which ensured that the joint recovered in about a week.
