Knee, Iliotibial Band Syndrome

First went to physio on 30th Oct. Told to run 3 times a week and cycle the other 3 times. Lots of ITB rolling. Next physio booked for 13th of Nov at 14:45.
Improvement but work still required to elongate the muscles by rolling lots and lots.

Caught it early; massively reduced mileage, did all the physio stuff
