Grade: 2
During my spill on Sunday I must have pulled an adductor or something similar, my left ischial tuberosity is hurting. Not too bad but it is painful when sitting and when doing certain extending movements, like a lunge left.
Diagnosis, 6 months later, after end of ski season in early March: partial tear of hamstring, near ischial tuberosity.
PT.
This ebbed off with PT exercises. Re-injured last fall when I hit my foot on a root and had this shooting pain all the way up to the tendon. Not as bad as the initial injury and it got gradually better. Don't notice it any longer.
