R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Tendonopathy. Will have to stop running shortly for 4-6 weeks. Prescribed physio, acupuncture, yoga and stretching. Very down, but it's the right thing to do.

Rest, rest, rest, stretch, strengthen. Ongoing soleus stretching, eccentric loading and alternating hopping. Have developed mild plantar fasciitis as a by-product of losing strength in my feet while out of action.
