L Foot, Ankle Sprain

Going into #1 at Sunday's Middle Champs in KY, turned my ankle quite severely. Took a couple of minutes to shake it off, and by the second half of the race pretty much didn't worry about it. But by Sun night it was all swollen and black-and-blue.

Monday it was hard to walk but by Tues it looked bad but felt a lot better. I jogged a little both Wed and Thurs without much problem. Today (Fri) I can still feel it if I hold my foot at certain angles, but I'm basically paying it no mind, so I will consider it recovered.
