This started up a couple of weeks ago, dissipated, but Greylock brought it back to the forefront. I think I need a lot of good stretching and to take some time off my legs. Gotta go find the road tips for some double poling.

A slow month in the summer and it went away for two months, then flared up again during Pisgah. Another slow month and I was good to go for the Highlander, and it hasn't been back since.
