R Foot, Ankle Sprain

My first running injury:( I rolled or sprained my ankle on the run yesterday but didn't feel till I went to bed last night...then I couldn't get up. Feels a tiny bit better today but I am limping.
It's good I work where I do....will have it checked out this week if it doesn't improve.

No running for 2 weeks as recommended by doc, lots of yoga and stretches.
