2006-04-05 – 2006-06-08

Grade: 3

Hronic Turf toe trauma (5yo) - renewed after yesterday's intervals with severe pain in the morning and exelarated during the day. Put ice. Bought arch bandage - feels much better.
Arch bandage isnt comfortable - adds pain to already swolen foot.
The best effect up to date was after Troxevasin gel - improves blood circulation and condition tissues.

2 weeks after injury almost tolerable. Around grade 2. Can run but with caution, met. not flexible.

3 weeks can run, bat still feel pain when try to flex joint. Grade 1.

4+ weeks cant do faster workouts, where all weight is on the met during run.
Grade 1.

5+ weeks. Constant light pain accute on flexing preventing from faster workouts.

7+ weeks almostr cured, but still hurts, lil swolen, and not fully flexibal

Final recovery was result of taking Glukozamide (/???) pills, 2x2 per day. Last time my body didnt accepted this treatment and disagreed which resulted in sever pains in liver and back.
