Since I seem to be prone to strep throat, plan on tracking patterns of when I'm most vulnerable. With hopes to adjust events in the future to avoid such. Missing a week of training due to this isn't helping me. Last time with strep was the week before South Dakota Training camp last spring.
I was fatigued during my runs and did not adequately prepare myself for starting back after cross break. BI for the 4 days prior to starting indoor track.First workout I was drained and began feeling ill within 24 hours.
