Been tight for ~2 weeks, so I'm turning on as an injury on 1/5/16
Still bad 1/29..
10 weeks of PT (12 visits) - groin, hip flexor, hip.

Last visit 4/28/16. Did not perform well on single-leg jumps on final assessment.

PT - turned injury off 6/16/16, it is still there, but can run (relatively) fast.

This injury is a beast.
