dunno what happened - right knee just doesn't work - lawn bowling injury??
Update: November 2009
Other knee became worse so got that one looked at.
Its stuffed and so apparently are my chances of ever returning to the type of running I used to do.
Have learnt to live with this so declare it resolved.
