Torso, Lower Back Pain

Ever since I have started riding low back pain has developed and I made it worse last night lifting after many reps of clean and jerk. The injury happened actually bringing the weight down from an overhead position.

Not 100% yet but completing lifts from raised blocks and riding ...I could probably begin lifting from the floor soon
