Right hip joint aches when I get up in the mornings. This could be partly due to repeated stress of running on hard surfaces such as rocks and pavement, partly due to sub-optimal stretching technique such as pushing off the wall during forward bend.

The pain in the right hip joint is one symptom of the fact that the entire right side of the body is weaker than the left. Paying close attention to correct running form and technique helps remedy this.
