R Foot, Impact wound / trauma

Very large bruise on the bottom of my right foot under the ball of my big toe - Had been having pain there on and off for a few weeks with some small bruising - tonight it turned into a debilitating pain - will have to rest for a while :(
Haven't done a lot with my foot, seems to be better. I'm nervous about it though
