tightness at the insertion point into the glute. Burning at the hamstring tendon behind my left knee on the inside
Likely a mildly herniated L5. Physio, light traction and ART are working this out
Being super careful with L5 which was likely herniated. ART with Eric Olympico. Pretty good diagnostician.
