stemmed from lower back pain on the RHS. Pain due to irratated syatic nerve however only feel it in piriformus and hamstring and a little higher into the back. Have always been able to touch my toes but could only reach mid quads when injury was at it's worst. Physio and Chiropractor has helped heaps. lots of stretches and exercises to get the nerve moving. Slow recovery. Havent run for about 8weeks.
