Sprained my ankle during the Street Scramble on the first control - jumped over a fence and landed awkwardly. (and then proceeded to run on it for ~1:20:00... -.-) In the afternoon I was limping, but I took some drugs and was able to ignore it and party as planned. :P
Severity down to 2 the next day.
Re-aggravated (I'm not sure I actually sprained it again, because it doesn't hurt very much) on 3/22 at the ultimate O series meet. I'm going to try and just chill out this week and ice some, maybe do some stationary biking or swimming.
