Very painful sudden attack of piriformis curtailed attempted run at start on Wednesday on Right leg. Very painful on Thursday at start of run but did ease up towards end, Friday was a bit better and only a little uncomfortable on Saturday

Lots of piriformis unique stretches including the one that seemed to work most which was feet shoulder width apart then turning foot inwards with heel still on ground 10 times each side at a time
