Torso, Lower Back Pain

D'lift b.w. 2 sets 6 reps. Noticed lower back pain later on. Kinda like going along and then OHHH! Read up on form. Some things to improve (like HEAD UP).

Dec 2
Put some things deep into the hatchback. No pain. Will hold off squatting for 1 more day and monitor. Have been extra good with posture the last few days. Anterior pelvic tilt is troublesome but whenever I notice myself doing it, I fix it.

Dec 5
No indications of pain anymore.

Dec 7
Ready to do d'lifts again.

stopped d'lifts and squats. gave it time. extra careful with d'lift form from now on.
