6/1/09
I'm feeling a little better now that my illness has been properly diagnosed.
After getting some chest x-rays, I have been diagnosed with pneumonia! The x-rays showed a small consolidation in my right lung. It's not too bad, but it certainly explains why I haven't been able to shake off my cough for the last six weeks, or do any sort of useful training.
It also explains why I wasn't able to put in a better performance at the xmas 5 days.

I've resigned myself to resting until the new stronger antibiotics take effect, and then try to get the all clear with another x-ray before resuming.

Chest x-ray, followed by 2 courses of antibiotics which gradually took effect.
