Head/Neck, Neck Pain

Pinch nerve in neck/ upper neck (I think anyway). Woke up one morning and couldn't move without serious pain in neck and shoulder region.

Couldnt really move for a couple of days and took about a week before I could look over my shoulder. Heat pack and voltaren
