Irregular pulse. Diagnosis after an ECG by family doctor is atrial flutter. Need to see a cardiologist.
Diagnosis changed by cardiologist to persistent lone (no other symptoms) atrial fibrillation (not flutter).
Nov 15 successful cardioversion - I'm back to normal rhythm! Hopefully it will last for years. I think it was caused by an intensive interval session, though cardiologist thinks not. Anyway I'll be trying not to go anaerobic for the rest of my life!
