There seems to be a bruise on the left ball of my left foot. It started after the lewisburg saddle run on wednesday. I thought I could train through it, but it's gotten worse.
28th - It provoked me to quit the Urban Night - O
When I got home I started a regimen of icing, rest, and antinflamitory.
31st - Still a little sore, so did cardio training and Iced it afterwards
2nd - Pain is pretty minimal, no longer effects my walking stride.
7th - Planned to start running, but the 1/2 mile walk across campus in running shoes hurt too much.
8th - Sore again, back on icing regimen
10th - Still tender, still icing.
