L Arm, Other

2010-01-27 – 2010-12-30

Grade: 3

I have tennis elbow now in my left arm. After much thought I realize it's from the snowshoe/ski race. After the blunt trauma to my right shoulder I could raise my right arm for about the last 20 mins of the race which meant all of my poling was on my left.
Apparently I shouldn't have done that.

Am getting physio now as it hasn't gone away on it's own.

Feb 15 - still bad. Hurts most when I get up. Hurts to pull socks on or tie my shoes.

Forgot to record when this stopped. I peg it around late August though. Just had to let it rest as much as possible. Comes back from time to time with renovation work. Lots of gripping heavy things tightly is a problem.
