Sick, Flu

Got a serious Flu, no training, had to skip a 5K race I have planned for Friday the 26th. Got well enough for the Rogaine on Saturday, but then got the cold on Sunday. Starting to recover from it, got Achilles Tendonitis in my left leg (where did I get that?!).
Bottom line, changing all my training plans - make this forced break an "official" two weeks off (which I was planning to have later this year anyway), and start Base training after the holidays (April 6th).
