R Foot, Ankle Sprain

Beginnings of right ankle strain. Due to linear shoes no doubt.

May 15 - essentially gone. Orthotics, new shoes, moderate training all contributors. Never hurt during runs, just after a hard run or a few back-to-back days.
Lesson - don't run without orthotics!
