Not sure if this links to the slight ankle tweeking over the weekend (and falling down when tweeked), or if this is instead a result of two days of competition plus interval training yesterday.
This is also something that comes and goes (since before/around WOC 2003). Just old age?
Hasn't been hurting because I haven't been training. But reflection that did not hurt as much during the fall/winter when running on snow and also doing more strength traning and mixed in yoga. Need to get back into that routine.
