Back pain - pulled doing crazy run on the court, too much reaching

HAVE TO WARM UP ON BIKE PRIOR TO PLAYING!!!

Got better on monday with change of bed. Rest and slow exercise helps. Forget Squash, Do high reps in weight room till recovered.

solid bed, saty away from squash courts, do high reps in weight room easy runs, stay active, but just ease off everything. It's hard not to test it, but DON'T IT DOESN'T WORK you have done this before!!! Just nice and easy... HEAL
